I am Carolina.

 I work proactively with a creative approach in everything I do.
Marketing, advertising, graphic design and customer management are highly complementary areas that I am passionate about and in which I have the joy of working for more than 9 years.

I graduated in Bolivia (South America) with a Bachelor's degree in business engineering, then proceeded to study Graphic Design as a hobby but as I started working I saw firsthand  how incredibly useful it was to be able to translate my ideas into real designs.

Later on I continued to grow my professional tools and got certified in Marketing and event planning.

Currently living in NYC, I've had the opportunity to work for companies in different fields such as fashion, sales, real-estate and hospitality and I’m a firm believer that any situation can workout for the best if you communicate properly with your team and try to come up with effective solutions that help achieve your goals.
